Irving Bailiff from Severance

Irving Bailiff (played by John Turturro) is a member of the Macrodata Refinement department on the Apple TV series Severed.  The longest tenured Refiner, Irving believes strongly in the principle of Lumon Industry’s founder Kier Eagan.  Working alongside Mark S., Dylan G., and Helly R., Irving often quotes employee guidelines to his co-workers.  After he begins a romantic relationship with Burt Goodman, Irving’s feelings about Lumon begin to sour.  Irving wears smart suits while at work, and accessorizes with suspenders and sweater vests.  He has a grey mustache and wears his blue key card on a lanyard around his neck.

Dylan George from Severance

Dylan George (voiced by Zach Cherry) is one of the most productive Macrodata Refiners in Severance.  Dylan is motivated by the small perks Lumon Industries provides and is prone to profanity-laden outbursts.  Alongside Mark S. and Irving B., Dylan does his best to welcome Helly R. to their department.  After an episode where Dylan’s “innie” is awakened at home, he becomes less complacent and interested in revealing the secrets Lumon is hiding.  Dylan hasa  scruffy beard and mustache and wears a pair of glasses low on his nose.  At work, he wears suits and ties, and has his blue key card on a lanyard around his neck.

Dilbert

Dilbert is the main character in the eponymous comic strip written and illustrated by Scott Adams. He’s an engineer who suffers a micromanaged, bureaucratic office environment, at least from 9 to 5.

William “D-Fens” Foster

Sometimes enough is enough and for William “D-Fens” Foster that point was reached in Falling Down. Dressed in his business casual work attire the disgruntled former engineer went on a rampage stealing weapons and confronting anyone that looked at him funny. That’s not really what you would expect from a man with a pocket full of ballpoint pens and a briefcase.
