Carbon Costume

Alex Mason (voiced by Sam Worthington) is the protagonist and primary playable character in Call of Duty: Black Ops.  He also appears in other entries in the franchise.  Alex is a CIA operative and former member of the United States Marine Corps.  Unlike many of the other characters in Call of Duty: Black Ops, including Nikolai Belinski and Takeo Masaki, When shown at the Pentagon, Alex is depicted in a number of different outfits throughout his appearance in the video game franchise, including wearing a standard black suit and tie while at the Pentagon, and various iterations of his old military uniform.
