Death the Kid, or just “Kid,” is a main character in the anime Soul Eater. He is the son of Death and a top fighter at the Death Weapon Meister Academy. As a meister, his two weapons are the Demon Twin Guns, Liz and Patty Thompson. After his father dies, he inherits his position as leader and headmaster of the academy. He takes pride in his title as the new Shinigami, but he is very uptight. He is obsessed with symmetry, so you’ll need two guns and two rings, one for each finger!

In Soul Eater, Maka Albarn is a young student who takes after her mother, a prodigious meister. Maka is obsessed with making her weapon partner, Soul Eater, into a death scythe that surpasses her father Spirit Albarn.
