Edward Cullen
Edward Cullen is a protagonist of the Twilight saga. He appears as a seventeen year old high school junior, but he is really a vampire. He is part of the Olympic Coven, compromised of the Cullen family, who are all vegetarians. Edward possesses the power to read thoughts. However, he cannot read Bella Swan’s thoughts, which draws him to her. The attraction is mutual, and soon the “lion falls in love with the lamb.” The latest book, Midnight Sun, retells Twilight from Edward’s point of view.
Slappy
Slappy the Dummy is the antagonist in the Goosebumps movies, based on the children’s books by R.L. Stine. He seems like an ordinary ventriloquist dummy…until someone utters the incantation written on the paper in Slappy’s jacket pocket. Once uttered, Slappy will come alive and try to make you your slave. He will wreak havoc and then frame you for his evil acts. He first appears Night of the Living Dummy, and has since become the most popular villains in the franchise. Use the brown eye pencil to color in your eyebrows, draw on freckles, and to achieve the puppet’s design, draw two lines from the corners of your mouth to your chin.
Percy Jackson
“Look, I didn’t want to be a half blood…”Percy Jackson is the protagonist of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians books written by Rick Riordan. He has trouble in school, because like other demigods, he has dyslexia and ADHD because his brain is hardwired for ancient Greek. After defeating his teacher, Mrs. Dodds, who was actually a Fury, he gets sent to Camp Half Blood. He meets Annabeth Chase, who calls him “Seaweed Brain,” but she eventually becomes his girlfriend. While there, he learns he is the son of Poseidon. Percy goes on several quests as a part of his coming of age, which culminate in the defeat of the Kronos in the body of Luke. He deeply cares for his friends, as well as his mother, Sally Jackson. His fatal flaw in the Prophecy is personal loyalty, and his sword, Riptide, can turn into a pen. Fun fact: Percy only eats blue food.
Lyra Belacqua from His Dark Materials
In His Dark Materials, Lyra Belacqua (Dafne Keen) is an orphan girl living with scholars at Oxford. There she discovers a dangerous secret involving Lord Asriel and Marisa Coulter, and soon finds herself in the middle of a cosmic struggle. Lyra, like all inhabitants of her world, is accompanied by her dæmon, named Pantalaimon and who likes to take the form of a snow-white ermine.
Klaus Baudelaire
Klaus Baudelaire (Louis Hynes) is one-third of the Baudelaire Orphans, the protagonists of the book series and its movie and TV show adaptations Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events. When the Baudelaire parents are murdered in a mysterious fire, they are put under the care of the sinister Count Olaf, who is after their vast fortune. This causes a series of unfortunate events that leads the orphans on a neverending escape from Olaf’s clutches.
Thomas from The Maze Runner
Dropped in “The Glade”, Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) finds himself unsure of who he is or why he’s been sent to spend eternity in a field surrounded by a labyrinth in The Maze Runner. When curiosity gets the best of him, he becomes a runner and finds a way out of the maze. Little does he know that his adventure is just beginning.

In Divergent, Beatrice “Tris” Prior (Shailene Woodley) is a 16-year old girl who chooses to train under the Dauntless faction, though in reality she is divergent, posing a danger in the eyes of the government. Tris wears mostly tight black clothes that fit the Dauntless lifestyle of training and battle.
Harry Potter in The Prisoner of Azkaban
At the end of his third year at Hogwarts, Harry learns the truth behind his parents’ deaths and who he can and can not trust while trying to save the beloved hippogriff, Buckbeak. While on this adventure, Harry is out of uniform and in a simple sweatshirt and tee that get a bit roughed up from all of the escaped-prisoner-chasing, dementor-fighting, and time-traveling.
