Mr. Perkins from Despicable Me
Mr. Perkins (voice by Will Arnett) is the main villain of Despicable Me. He makes an appearance as a minor antagonist in Minions. Unlike most cartoon villains he keeps a cool head. But he is otherwise the epitome of cartoon evil. He even runs the Bank of Evil. You can’t get much more, well, evil than that.
It is surprisingly easy to dress as this villain supreme. He has good taste, which helps. A rich blue three-piece suit is accented by a light grey button down and teal accessories. Black dress shoes are understated enough not to take away from the rest of his look. His hair, though, is another matter. Mr. Perkins is largely bald save for a ring of hair that poke up on either side of his head like horns. It’s a unique hair style that might be easier to recreate using a bald cap, grey wool roving, and glue than it is to buy pre-made.
El Macho from Despicable Me 2
Eduardo Perez, better known by his supervillain alias El Macho (voiced by Benjamin Bratt) is the main antagonist of Despicable Me 2. After faking his death 20 years prior, El Macho reemerges as a successful restaurant owner and evil villain. El Macho wears a luchador mask, wrestling singlet, and cape and Eduardo dons an open red satin shirt and slim black jeans while working in his restaurant.
Valerie Da Vinci from Despicable Me 3
In Despicable Me 3, Valerie Da Vinci (voiced by Jenny Slate) takes over as new director of the Anti-Villain League after Silas Ramsbottom announces his retirement. Soon after, she fires both Gru and Lucy for failing to capture Balthazar Bratt.
Niko from Despicable Me 3
Balthazar Bratt
In Despicable Me 3, Balthazar Bratt (voiced by Trey Parker) is a former child star of the ’80s, who after a rough time through puberty, decides to go for world domination… putting him face to face with Gru, Lucy Wilde, and Dru. Despite his change of plans, he hasn’t changed much in the way of fashion, holding onto his big hair, shoulder pads, and parachute pants.
Vector
Victor “Vector” Perkins is voted the World’s #1 Supervillain after he steals the Great Pyramid of Giza in Despicable Me. For the record, it’s a warmup suit, they are NOT pajamas. Despite his dweeby look, Vector is a major thorn in Gru’s side. Vector’s his name because he commits crimes with both direction and magnitude. Oh yeah!
Evil Minion
These purple, furrier versions of minions make their debut in Despicable Me 2. Despite their creepy appearance, there’s something that’s very familiar about them.
