Mayor Regina Mills from Once Upon a Time
Regina Mills (played by Lana Parilla) is the Mayor of Storybrooke in the TV series Once Upon a Time. Regina, who is later revealed to be the Evil Queen, has trapped fairy tale characters in this real-life town with no memory of who they truly are. She is also the adoptive mother of Emma Swan‘s son Henry, and the half-sister of Zelena. As Mayor, Regina dresses in professional-looking dresses and suits, often layered under smart-looking coats, likely due to the fact that Storybrooke is located in Maine. To recreate Regina’s look, focus on flattering silhouettes and well-coifed hair, and don’t be afraid to pair it with a dark lip color.
Zelena from Once Upon a Time
Zelena (played by Rebecca Mader) is a character on the ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time. Based on the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz, Zelena is the half-sister of Regina Mills. To dress like Zelena, you’ll want to focus on a lot of upscale-looking black layers. She’s a big fan of statement hats and fancy gloves. You can’t go wrong with a long black dress or skirt as part of your look. If you decide to emulate her more viridian appearance, be sure to get high quality body paint that won’t rub off on your clothes.
Belle French from Once Upon a Time
Bookish Belle French (Emilie de Ravin) is the Storybrook persona of Belle from Beauty and the Beast, cursed with the rest of the town (sans Rumplestiltskin and the Evil Queen Regina) to forget her true identity. In this unfamiliar world, she reacquaints with her Beast in the form of Mr. Gold. Belle’s fashion sense is endearingly preppy — flared skater skirts, cardigans, and very high heels that compliment her petite frame are staples in her outfits.
Make Your Own: Belle’s Chipped Cup from Once Upon a Time
I really enjoyed when ABC’s Once Upon a Time would do its own unique spin on classic and Disney fairytales. […]
Mr. Gold from Once Upon a Time
Rumplestiltskin followed all the people of Snow White’s storybook realm into Storybrook, Maine after the evil Queen Regina’s vengeful curse. Unlike the rest of them, however, he remembers everything. His true impish self hides behind the thuggish persona of Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle), the proprietor of the local pawn shop who isn’t above using brute force to get his way in Storybrook. Despite his prickly beginnings, the Once Upon a Time series chronicles his redemption arc as the monstrous beast realizes he has a heart of gold.
The Evil Queen from Once Upon a Time
Forever jealous and angry at Snow White for ruining her life, the Evil Queen takes no prisoners. She’ll steal your heart and crush it, showing no mercy. This devilish dame occasionally shows her soft side, but don’t be fooled – she’ll always go back to being evil.
Snow White from Once Upon a Time
In Once Upon a Time, Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) is sweet, noble, and has a heart of gold. Despite what the Evil Queen plots against, her kind heart and true love keep her strong and determined to do what’s right.
Rumpelstiltskin from Once Upon a Time
Little did Rumpelstiltskin heed the warning that “magic comes with a price” before taking over as The Dark One. Rumpelstiltskin is always looking out for himself until he meets a young woman who just might melt his heart and change everything.
Emma Swan
In Once Upon a Time, Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) is a hard-boiled bail bondsperson who learns that everyone in the town is a fairy tale character under a memory curse…including Snow White and Prince Charming, Emma’s biological parents. She must put aside her logic and practicality and take a leap of faith to help her son Henry break the curse and restore the memories of the people of Storybrooke.
