Zelena (played by Rebecca Mader) is a character on the ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time.  Based on the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz, Zelena is the half-sister of Regina Mills.  To dress like Zelena, you'll want to focus on a lot of upscale-looking black layers.  She's a big fan of statement hats and fancy gloves.  You can't go wrong with a long black dress or skirt as part of your look.  If you decide to emulate her more viridian appearance, be sure to get high quality body paint that won't rub off on your clothes.
