Ham Porter from The Sandlot
In the Sandlot, Ham Porter (Patrick Renna) is the type of person where you hear them before you see them. He’s a heckling catcher with a super outgoing personality. Ham is part of a friendly gang of kids who play baseball all summer long. That is, until THE BEAST gets a hold of possibly the most precious baseball ever. He can’t imagine anyone not knowing the “Great Bambiiiinoooo”, which is why all he can say is “You’re Killing me Smalls!” to the clueless new kid in town.
Yeah Yeah from The Sandlot
Alan “Yeah Yeah” McClennan, played by Marty York, is the king of confirmation known for saying “Yeah Yeah” when he agrees with someone. Sometimes it backfires on him. When he hyped up the crew while making fun of Smalls, Benny pointed out Yeah Yeah runs like a duck and he’s still “part of the game, right?”. Being embarrassed, he only answered back, “Yeah”. Yeah Yeah likes to joke around, but he is a loyal friend in the Sandlot.
Benny “The Jet” Rodriguez from The Sandlot
Benny “The Jet” Rodriguez (Mike Vitar) is the leader of a neighborhood baseball team in the film “The Sandlot.” As the most talented player in the group, Benny is often their hero, and grows up to play for the Los Angeles Dodgers. To add some authenticity to the costume, scribble “Babe Ruth” on the baseball.
Squints
In The Sandlot, Michael “Squints” Palledorous (Chauncey Leopardi) earns his nickname for his black thick-framed glasses. He has a massive crush on lifeguard Wendy Peffercorn and will go to any lengths to get her attention.
Wendy Peffercorn
In The Sandlot, Wendy Peffercorn (Marley Shelton) works as a lifeguard at the local pool for the summer. The boys can’t keep their eyes off her, with Squints even pretending to need rescue from drowning.
