David Xanatos (voiced by Jonathan Frakes) is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Disney animated television series Gargoyles. In the series, he is the founder, owner and CEO of Xanatos Enterprises and a member of the Illuminati.

The Eevee Brothers
In the Pokémon: Indigo League episode, “The Battling Eevee Brothers,” Ash (Veronica Taylor / Rica Matsumoto) and his friends come upon four brothers trying to convince the youngest how he should evolve his beloved Eevee. Each of the elder brothers has one of the original Eeveelutions: Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon. Their hair and pants reflect which Pokémon specific element/type their Pokémon is now affiliated with.
Gym Leader Whitney
A gym leader who trains only the cutest of Normal-type Pokemon, Whitney (Yuko Miyamura / Megan Hollingshead) is a rather unorthodox trainer. She’s young, sensitive, and admittedly a bit immature, but her Miltank is a force to be reckoned with. If you defeat her, she will give you the Plain Badge…but only after crying about it.
Izumi Curtis
Though she claims to be merely a housewife, Fullmetal Alchemist’s Izumi Curtis (Shoko Tsuda /
Christine Auten) is also a master alchemist and a skilled martial artist. After leaving home, Edward (Romi Park / Vic Mignogna) and Alphonse Elric (Rie Kugimiya / Maxey Whitehead) find themselves under her tutelage, and she grows to love them as her own children. Izumi’s hair is either styled into dreadlocks or braids, depending on who you ask, but the rest of her signature outfit is very straightforward.
Rintaro Okabe from Steins;Gate
Okabe Rintarou is the main protagonist of Steins;Gate. He is a first year student attending Tokyo Denki University, and calls himself a Crazy Mad Scientist. He acts like a villain, but is rather immature as he frequently shows traits of Chunibyou syndrome despite being a grown-up man.

Leorio Paradinight is one of the main Hunters in the manga/anime series Hunter x Hunter. He is a member of the Zodiacs with the codename “Boar”. He is currently a medical student, with a goal to become a doctor. His weapon of choice is the switchblade

Though brilliant, Bones is socially-awkward and introverted. Her personal style is eclectic, often reflecting her knowledge and experience with other cultures.
Joan of Arc from Clone High
Joan of Arc is the teenage literal clone of the original Joan of Ark in the MTV animated series, Clone High. It was a early 2000’s series that barely lived a single season. Surprisingly, it has a cult following and is one of MTV’s most popular animated shows. Joan represents the goth girl found at any given high school, dressed specifically in mall goth attire.
To pull off this look, you’ll need a collection of items that look straight out of the early 2000’s, such as a simple black choker, a black long sleeved shirt, some dark green cargo pants, black combat boots, and of course a simple magenta bob.
Penelope Garcia
On Criminal Minds, Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness) the sweet-and-spunky technical analyst for the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit. Unlike the rest of her team, Garcia is flamboyant and often provides comic relief. Her signature style includes bright, vibrant prints and color-coordinated accessories.
