Koku from B the Beginning

Koku (voiced in Japanese by Yuki Kaji and in English by Kyle McCarley) is one of the main protagonists of the Netflix anime B the Beginning.

He is a very multifaceted character, starting off the series as a very quiet person, as we learn more about him and the lengths he’ll go to to reunite with Yuna, his quiet and personable demeanor falls away to reveal his murderous tendencies and god abilities.

His appearance does change a fair amount throughout the series, but this specific one I’ve focused on his how he looks later into season one, with messy blackish-blue hair, and two toned eyes, one greyish brown, the other a vibrant slitted blue, and impressive black wings sprouting from his back.

Koku’s outfit in this form is a bit simple, and also damaged, he has a low neck dark blue shirt, blue jeans, a pair of black boots, a brown belt, and a black jacket with front pockets.

Pike Trickfoot

Pike Trickfoot is a character from Critical Role, a DnD campaign on Youtube, played by Ashley Johnson. She is also a character in Legend of Vox Machina, the animated adaptation on Amazon Prime. Pike is a gnome cleric of Sarenrae and party member of Vox Machina. Raised in Westruun by her great-great grandfather, she joined the group to help them find her missing friend, Grog. She equipped the Plate of Dawnmartyr to aid in the fight against the Chroma Conclave. On her own, Pike spend some time reconstructing a new temple of Sarenrae and fortifying Whitestone. As a cleric, she can cast a resurrection spell, which was performed on a few members of Vox Machina.

Yuna from B the Beginning

Yuna (voiced in Japanese by Satomi Sato and in English by Brianna Knickerbocker) is one of the main leads in the Netflix anime B the Beginning.

She starts off as part of the Market Maker group, a circus-themed group of criminals that is keeping her brainwashed, and is used as the key to capturing the main character, Koku, as he cares very much about her. They share a very special bond, going into stories of legends.

Yuna honestly has one of the most confusing to find hair colors that I’ve ever seen in a wig, it’s almost a creamsicle color, orangey-peach as best I can tell, so I tried to find the closest thing to it. She has light blue eyes, and around them are markings typical to the other Market Maker characters, with emphasized eye makeup, and a tiny pink teardrop underneath.

Her regular outfit is very simplistic, it’s just a sleeveless short black dress, black opera gloves, black slouch boots, and a red choker.

Percival De Rolo

Percival De Rolo or “Percy” is a is a character from Critical Role, a DnD campaign on Youtube, played by Taliesin Jaffe. She is also a character in Legend of Vox Machina, the animated adaptation on Amazon Prime. He is a human gunslinger party member of Vox Machina. The De Rolo family once ruled the city of Whitestone, but the Briarwoods usurped control, and Percy just escaped being murdered. Then he started dreaming about demons, which in turn inspired his weaponry. During his travels with Vox Machina, Percy reunited with his sister Cassandra and took back Whitestone. He aided the fight against Chroma Conclave with the magical cape Cabal’s Ruin. Percy and Vex’ahlia marry and have five children in Whitestone. His firearms are now known all throughout Tal’Dorei and Exandria.

Izanami from B the Beginning

Izanami (voiced in Japanese by Mitsuki Saiga and in English by Marianna Miller) is one of the side antagonists turned main cast member of the Netflix anime B the Beginning.

They have a very strong attachment to Koku due to their past history together, as well as the legend of the black winged king that they all have connections to. Izanami, along with Yuna for a brief while, was part of the Market Maker group, and is a very strong fighter, albeit using unusual techniques (a skateboard).

Izanami has very pale hair with a pinkish tinge to it, vibrant blue eyes, and some of the most elaborate makeup out of all the MM members, including drawn on brows, a spiked crescent moon under their eye, and another mouth drawn to the side of their actual one.

There are two main outfits that Izanami wears in the series, but I chose the season one version. Even as a child, Izanami wore a mix of both the boys and girls outfits at Jaula Blanca, and this carried on into adulthood, with the current outfit they wear being a long white button up dress with rainbow buttons, a black suit jacket over top, a black tie around their neck, black gloves, dark cuffed jeans, one pink and white striped sock, one purple and pink striped sock, and a pair of white and black thick soled shoes.

Jolyne Cujoh

Jolyne Cujoh is the protagonist of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean. As the daughter of Jotaro, she is the only female JoJo to date. She is an inmate Green Dolphin Street Prison after her ex boyfriend set her up as an accomplice to murder. She possesses a pendant that contains a fragment of the Stand Bestowing Arrow. After her father visits, Jolyne finds she can manifest a Stand too. Her Stand is Stone Free, which allows her to unravel her body into many threads.

pete martino from ghosts

Pete Martino from Ghosts

Pete Martino (played by Richie Moriarty) is the perpetually upbeat 80s scout master killed by a stray arrow on the CBS sitcom Ghosts.  Prior to his death, Pete was a dedicated family man and scout leader to a troop of girls, one of whom loosed the arrow that accidentally resulted in his demise.  To recreate his look from the show, you’ll need large-framed glasses, tall boot socks, green shorts, and a khaki shirt.  Adorn the shirt with as many patches as you want.  The easiest way to make it look like there’s an arrow through your throat is to use a gag headband turned sideways.  A neckerchief can double as part of the costume as well as a disguise for the headband while it helps hold it in place.

gretel grant-gomez from hamster and gretel

Gretel Grant-Gomez from Hamster & Gretel

Gretel Grant-Gomez (voiced by Meli Povenmire) is the titular protagonist of the Disney Channel series Hamster & Gretel.  Gretel is an energetic, outgoing kid who moonlights as a superhero.  Gretel’s usual attire consists of an orange skirt, and a light teal blouse with sneakers to match.  When she transforms into a superhero, her costume consists almost exclusively of shades of pink.  You can add a “G” to the front of your shirt easily with some fabric paint; just make sure it has plenty of time to dry!  No matter which version of Gretel’s costume you choose to recreate, don’t forget the blonde bob, blue headband, tall white crew socks, and trusty hamster sidekick.

Keyleth

Keyleth or “Kiki” is a character from Critical Role, a DnD campaign on Youtube, played by Marisha Ray. She is also a character in Legend of Vox Machina, the animated adaptation on Amazon Prime. Keyleth is a half-elf druid party member of Vox Machina. She was raised in Zephrah as part of the Air Ashari. She left home to attempt the Aramentae, a noble odyssey of her tribe. While adventuring with Vox Machina, she wielded a legendary staff called the Spire of Conflux. Using this staff, she fought against the Chroma Conclave. Keyleth completed her Aramente and became headmaster of the Air Ashari. Her color schemes consist of greens and browns to reflect her deep love for nature.

Akira Fudo from Devilman Crybaby

Akira Fudo (voiced by Koki Uchiyama in Japanese, and Griffin Burns in English) is one of the central main characters of the Netflix adaption of Devilman Crybaby, along with Ryo Asuka.

He starts the series off in a completely different form than this one, originally quite small and meek, but it’s this taller and more brazen form that he spends most of the series in, after going with Ryo to a club that leads to quite a transformative experience.

In this form, Akira has noticeably sharper features, his hair is darker and way more spikey and messy, and his eyes look like they’re constantly lined.
He typically wears a grey or black shirt, usually with a black zip up bikers jacket over top, black skinny jeans, and blue shoes with lighter blue laces.
