Winter Soldier (voiced by Eliah Mountjoy) is a playable character in the Marvel Rivals game.  Only one version of Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier, who appears in several other Marvel properties, he has team up abilities with Rocket Raccoon and The Punisher in the game.  Winter Soldier has short, dark hair, and a metal arm on his left side.  To create your costume, start with an arm sleeve that looks like Bucky's artificial arm.  Then, you'll need a black shirt, green tactical pants, and a black tactical glove for your right hand.  Finish with a green vest, black boots, grey knee pads, a tactical belt, and a black face mask.
