"Go to bed, twerp!" Vicky is an antagonist in Nickelodeon's Fairly Odd Parents. Ruthless and sadistic, she is Timmy Turner's evil babysitter. To get revenge for her constant torture, Timmy relies on his fairy god parents, Cosmo and Wanda. She appears in most all the movie specials as his main rival. Chip Skylark writes a song about her, titled "Icky Vicky." While the song describes her as "a fire breathing dragon in a pair of black jeans," you can replace the jeans with black leggings. You can crop the t-shirt and wear pink contacts for added accuracy.
