Anita "Needy" Lesnicki (Amanda Seyfried) is a main character in Jennifer's Body. She is the childhood friend of Jennifer Check, but unlike her, she is shy and insecure, hence the fitting nickname. After the rock concert, Needy searches for Jennifer, who disappeared without a trace. When Jennifer shows up at her front door covered in blood, she knows something is wrong. Research and suspicion lead Needy to the conclusion that her best friend has become a man-eating succubus.
