Annie Pemdon (voiced by Karina Linch) is one of the two main characters of BrainPOP Jr.'s educational videos, alongside an orange and silver robot named Moby.  Annie is cheerful and shy, and the only human character with a speaking voice from the BrainPOP Jr. series.  Annie wears a golden yellow and blue raglan tee, which can be hard to find an exact match for, so don't be afraid to focus on the yellow to get your costume as close as possible.  Annie finishes her outfit with long shorts and grey sneakers.  She wears her dark hair in two pigtails secured with red hair ties, and also wears two red bands on her wrist and a red necklace.  Lastly, Annie dons a pair of red-framed glasses.
