Charlotte (voiced by Amy Winfrey, the creator of the show) is one of the two main characters of the webshow turned tv show, Making Fiends.

She is a very bubbly but oblivious character, constantly causing absolute chaos for her classmate that she considers to be her friend, Vendetta.

Due to the fact that all the characters in this show are monochromatic in terms of their colors, this will be up to personality interpretation for the actual look.

I went with a blue bottom curled wig to mimic the way Charlotte's hair curls inwards, a blue bow clip to go on top of the wig, a simplistic lolita style summer dress in baby blue, blue shoes with a white ruffle trim to match the dress, and a pair of white tights to offset the color a bit and tie in with the shoe detailing.
