His powers come from the gemstone, which is located where his belly button should be, that he inherited from his mother Rose Quartz.

Dennis Mitchell seems like any other cute 5-year-old boy but his neighbor, Mr. Wilson disagrees. He finds Dennis to be a nuisance who’s constantly disturbing him but we all know he secretly misses Dennis when he’s not around.

In Kiki’s Delivery Service, Tombo is obsessed with aviation and even made his own propeller bike. It’s no big surprise that he develops a crush on Kiki especially after he finds out she can fly.
