Professor Pippy Pee-Pee Poopypants, also known as Tippy Tinkletrowsers, is one of the main villains of the Captain Underpants series and movie along with Melvin Sneedly. He planned to solve the Earth’s hunger and trash problems but then he planned to shrink the entire planet for laughing at his silly name.

Matt from Death Note
Matt (otherwise known as Mail Jeevas) is Mello’s assistant in the manga and anime series Death Note. He is the third smartest boy from the Wammy House orphanage in which he and Mello reside in, often playing video games and monitoring enemies through multiple computer screens.
Professor Rowan in Pokémon
“Hello there! It’s so very nice to meet you! Welcome to the world of Pokémon!” Professor Rowan, located in the Sinnoh region, is a specialist in the field of Pokémon evolution and contemporary of Professor Oak and mentor to Professor Sycamore. Rowan is sometimes perceived as mean because of his stern personality, but he is actually kind and patient. He’s quite a snazzy dresser.
Mello from Death Note
The elder of L’s two successors, Mello (Nozomu Sasaki / David Hurwitz) is an antagonist in the Death Note series. While he is indeed older than Near, he is less intelligent than his counterpart, which is something he is exceedingly aware of. Mello can often be seen eating chocolate bars, and typically wears dark colors and leather.

Uncle Fester, also known as Fester Addams, is a member of the fictional Addams Family. He was played by Jackie Coogan in the original television series, by Christopher Lloyd in the two feature films. He’s also the player character in the infamous video game Fester’s Quest, reviewed by The Angry Video Game Nerd

Silk (real name Cindy Moon) is a Korean-American superhero who first made an appearance in the Spider-Man comics. Cindy gains her superpowers after she gets bitten in the ankle by the same irradiated spider that bites Peter Parker on a school field trip.
Jyushimatsu Matsuno
In Osomatsu-kun, Jyushimatsu is the fifth born son in the Matsuno family. He is very eccentric and energetic, and loves to play baseball. He loves all of his brothers, but likes spending time with Ichimatsu a lot.
