Frieda Pesky (voiced by Susan Tolsky) is the mother of Maggie, Aldrin, and Pupert and the husband of Chauncey on the the Disney Channel cartoon series The Buzz on Maggie.  Frieda is a very typical housewife in many ways, spending much of her time cooking and cleaning for her family.  She wears a green dress with matching heels and a yellow headband.  If you'd prefer not to wear two headbands as part of your costume, you could always get crafty with some pom poms and pip cleaners and attach them to the yellow headband with a glue gun for a more seamless appearance.
