Mina Mongoose is a character from the Archi Comics Sonic the Hedgehog series.  Mina is one of three girls who vie for Sonic's affections throughout the series.  Mina is also a successful singer, and her nickname "Songoose" references that.  Finding purple and green striped clothing to match Mina's exactly might be difficult, but if you stick with the green and purple color scheme while choosing pieces with a similar silhouette, you'll be good to go!  If the iridescent platform boots are too high (or too highly-priced), a pair of green shoes to match your arm warmers could easily be used instead.
