Patrick “Pat” Butcher from Ghosts (UK)
Patrick “Pat” Butcher (played by Jim Howick) is one of the titular Ghosts in the original UK version of the series. Pat was a scoutmaster and died in an archery accident. He still wears his uniform as a ghost, as well as large glasses and a mustache indicative of the ’80s, the decade in which he died. For your costume, you’ll need khaki shorts and a shirt as well as brown shoes. You can layer green socks over yellow ones and twist together two different neckerchiefs before tying them around your neck and securing them with a black woggle to get the colors right in other parts of his outfit. To create the look of an arrow going through your neck, you may need to get more creative. Try breaking a plastic arrow in half and securring to your neckerchief with some hot glue.
Thanos from Squid Game
Thanos is an antagonistic character in the second season of Squid Game. He is a struggling rapper who joined the games to pay off his debts after investing in a failed crypto coin. Once he realizes how the games work, he is quick to betray the other players for his own gain. He takes drug tablets that he stores in his necklace, which causes him to behave erratically. Thanos is portrayed by South Korean rapper T.O.P. Make this costume more accurate with a 230 patch and an “O” patch to affix on the tracksuit jacket, plus some temporary tattoos for that extra “bad boy” edge.
Takeo Masaki from Call of Duty: Black Ops
Takeo Masaki (voiced by Tom Kane) is a Captain in the Japanese Imperialist Army who appears in the Call of Duty video game series. His intellect sets him apart from other soliders including “Tank” Dempsey and Nikolai Belinski. For your costume, you’ll need to recreate a vintage military uniform. Choose a white shirt, olive green jacket and pants, and brown boots. Accessorize with a brown belt, pouches, and frog to hold your sword, as well as a Japanese military hat. For weapons, you can’t go wrong with a sword. But if you’d like to give Takeo a raygun, you may want to opt for a less expensive toy with similar features versus a replica, which can be pricey.
Dylan George from Severance
Dylan George (voiced by Zach Cherry) is one of the most productive Macrodata Refiners in Severance. Dylan is motivated by the small perks Lumon Industries provides and is prone to profanity-laden outbursts. Alongside Mark S. and Irving B., Dylan does his best to welcome Helly R. to their department. After an episode where Dylan’s “innie” is awakened at home, he becomes less complacent and interested in revealing the secrets Lumon is hiding. Dylan hasa scruffy beard and mustache and wears a pair of glasses low on his nose. At work, he wears suits and ties, and has his blue key card on a lanyard around his neck.

Prior to the zombie outbreak, Billy had plans to excape prison alongside Salvatore DeLuca, Albert Arlington, and Michael O’Leary. Billy has short black hair and an anchor tattoo on his left forearm. His light blue shirt and beige pants are tattered and spattered with blood. Finish your costume with a pack of fake cigarettes rolled into your left shirt sleeve, as well as plenty of fake blood.

The Black Knight (portrayed by John Cleese) is a minor character in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The defender of a small bridge, he declares the King Arthur and his knights, “none shall pass,” before suffering the loss of most of his limbs at the hands of the King. There are some Black Knight costumes that exist, if you’d like one that includes the loss of a limb, though none are a perfect replica. Add boots, gloves, and a long sword to complete the costume or create your own with a black helmet, black and red knights’ robes, and black leggins.
Hajime Kokonoi from Tokyo Revengers
Koko (voiced in Japanese by Natsuki Hanae and in English by Howard Wang) is a major character in the latter half of the Tokyo Revengers series (primarily the Christmas arc and beyond).
In the Christmas arc, he is teamed up with Inupi, while both of them served under Taiju for that generation’s version of Black Dragon. The two of them were close when they were younger, and the loss of Inupi’s sister, Akane, pushed Koko into finding any avenues possible for making money, as he had been trying to save up enough to cover her medical costs to save her life and just didn’t stop after she died. The loss weighed heavily on both him and Inupi, and turned their dynamic completely on its head.
Koko has black hair that is parted and styled to the right side of his head, with the left worn in a shaved design. His eyes are extremely thin black dots, giving him an unnatural appearance. While in Black Dragon, he wears the long white uniform jacket with the logo branded on the back, and matching wide leg pants. This is finished off with black, side buckle boots, occasionally black gloves, and one single chain earring hanging from his left ear.
Shinichiro Sano from Tokyo Revengers
