Wesley Crusher

Son of ship doctor Beverly Crusher, Wesley Crusher (Wil Wheaton) is a brilliant, adorable, somewhat shy Acting Ensign on the starship Enterprise in Star Trek: The Next Generation. Over the course of the series he grows and matures into a confident, serious young man, attending Starfleet Academy and garnering his fair share of romantic interests. An eager beaver when it comes to scientific experiments, he tends to bite off more than he can chew, which leads to interesting events on the ship. This guide covers his Acting Ensign uniform from the earlier seasons, a colorful number with black pants.

Commander William Riker

The First Officer of the USS Enterprise under Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Commander William Riker (Jonathan Frakes) performs his duties with confidence, courage and a heap of charm. Although he has the experience and skill to captain his own ship, he chooses to stay with the Enterprise as First Officer. The rakish Riker proceeds to tour the galaxy, saving lives and sweeping women off their feet – with the occasional trombone solo. As a Starfleet officer, he wears the Command Red uniform.

Captain Jean-Luc Picard

Captain of the Sovereign-class starship the USS Enterprise, Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) helms it with a steady, wise hand and a cup of hot Earl Grey tea in the other. Level-headed, inspiring and a talented diplomat, Captain Picard has dedicated his life to his ship and his crew. Starfleet reveres him as a distinguished leader and negotiator; his crew love him as they would a father, despite a slightly brusque exterior. He wears the Starfleet Command Red uniform.

Deanna Troi

Half Betazoid and half human, counselor Deanna Troi (Marina Sirtis) of Star Trek: The Next Generation uses her Betazoid empathetic abilities to serve both ship and crew of the USS Enterprise. A beautiful, kind, gentle woman with a serious sweet tooth for chocolate, she often finds herself playing peacemaker. Throughout the series she also enjoys a number of romantic interests, especially with on-again-off-again lover Commander Riker. This guide is for her earlier outfit as counselor, before she begins to wear the Starfleet uniform.

Michael Burnham

The lead protagonist on the newest installment in the Trek world, Star Trek: Discovery, human Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) served as the first officer aboard the USS Shenzhou before it was destroyed in a battle with the Klingons. Her next post lands her on the USS Discovery, a science vessel with a mysterious mission and a captain willing to do anything to achieve his goal. As a child she was raised by Sarek, the father of Spock from the original Star Trek series, and her demeanor and posture reflect her Vulcan upbringing.

Worf

In Star Trek: The Next Generation, Worf (Michael Dorn) is the no-nonsense chief of security aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise. As a Klingon, his weapon of choice is a Bat’Leth axe, and his fashion accessory of choice is the ornamental baldric sash worn over his shoulder.

Geordi La Forge

In Star Trek: The Next Generation, Geordi La Forge (LeVar Burton) is the chief engineer aboard the starship USS Enterprise. Though blind since birth, his trademark VISOR, and later ocular prosthetic implants, restore his sense of sight.

Spock
