Sumiko, Zenko, and Inoko
Sumiko, Zenko, and Inoko are the aliases of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Insouke in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba. They accompany Tengen Uzui to the Entertainment District to search for his missing wives and investigate the rumored presence of demons. However, Tengen makes the slayers dress as girls and pose as courtesans. By infiltrating the houses, they can gather information about his wives. Because they are quite ugly as girls, Tengen uses his own looks and charm to woo the owners.
Chris McLean
Chris McLean is a main character in the Cartoon Network series, Total Drama Island. He is the host of the show, where he puts campers to the test for a cash prize. An overwhelming narcissist, Chris only cares about himself, and harbors little concern for the safety of the contestants. He derives pleasure from the torment of the challenges, and he grows more sadistic with each season. And yet outfit remains the same, with a laidback, island feel. Use the brown eyeshadow to create his five-o’clock shadow.
Hikaru Sulu
Hikaru Sulu is a main character in Star Trek: The Original Series. He served as helm officer onboard the U.S.S Enterprise alongside Pavel Chekov. He was then promoted to chief helmsman by Captain Kirk. A few decades later, Sulu assumed command of the starship Excelsior. After a full career, he remained captain on patrol of the Cardassian border. His hobbies included fencing, botany, and martial arts. George Takei (oh my!) portrays Sulu in the television series, and John Cho portrays Sulu in the 2009 cinema reboot.
Lark Feldman from American Horror Story: Double Feature
Lark Feldman (played by Billie Lourd) is a mysterious tattoo artist and dentist in American Horror Story: Double Feature. Lark lives and works in Provincetown, where many come to her for teeth sharpening services. Lark’s costuming is gothic and dark, often taking inspiration from vintage styles. Don’t be afraid to play with plenty of layers, but do be sure your teeth are sharp enough to help you get your next meal.
Tengen Uzui
Tengen Uzui is a character in the hit anime series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He plays a major role in the third season, or the Entertainment District Arc. Aside from being the self-proclaimed God of Flashiness, his official title is the Sound Hashira. Tengen can vanish without a sound, but he can use sound to determine the rhythm of his enemies. When his three wives stop sending letters, he recruits Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke to visit the Entertainment District. Their goal is to find his missing wives and battle what are rumored to be some of the strongest demons.
Kate Bishop from Hawkeye
Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) is a main character in the new Marvel series, Hawkeye, streaming on Disney+. She is the daughter of Eleanor Bishop. After seeing Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), save New York at age twelve, Kate made it her goal to become a hero too. Ten years later, she’s a prodigy in fencing, martial arts, and of course, archery. When Kate dons the Ronin suit to escape a suspicious auction, Clint finds her and together, they partner up against the tracksuit mafia. However, this endeavor might concern a crime syndicate larger than the pair imagined. Talkative and enthusiastic, Kate hopes to coax Clint out of his shell so he can inspire others as an Avenger.
Sydney Novak from I Am Not Okay With This
Sydney “Syd” Novak is the moody teen protagonist of Netflix’s dark comedy series I Am Not Okay With This. Sydney (portrayed by Sophia Lillis of IT) is a timid 17-year-old girl beginning to realize that she has telekinetic powers, all while navigating the complexities of adolescence, family, and loss. Something shocking happens at the homecoming dance, leaving her covered in blood and exiting the school in a daze (Carrie, anyone?). Cure your depression over Netflix cancelling the show by recreating Syd’s homecoming look and dousing yourself in fake blood. Sure, you can pretend it’s the blood of Netflix executives.
Kingpin from Hawkeye
Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, is a known antagonist in the Marvel universe. He first appeared in the live action adaptations in the Daredevil Netflix series. At the end of the Hawkeye series on Disney+, he’s revealed as the overarching villain behind the scenes of the moving company. He was secretly in cahoots with Eleanor Bishop to kill Clint Barton. Vincent D’Onofrio portrays this menacing crime lord in both stories (though voiced by Liev Schreiber in the animated movie Into the Spider-Verse). After the standoff between Maya and Kingpin, some presume he is dead — or is he?
Reze from Chainsaw Man
In Chainsaw Man, Lady Reze is a Bomb Devil Hybrid featured in the Bomb Girl arc. When posing as a civilian, she wears a choker that conceals a grenade pin. When she pulls on it, Reze transforms into a form that resembles the atomic bomb. Initially, Reze appears as a kind girl who harbors a crush on Denji. Later it’s revealed that it was all just an act.
Clarence Francis “Kick” Buttowski from Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil
Clarence Francis “Kick” Buttowski (voiced by Charlie Schlatter) is the protagonist of the Disney Channel series Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil. Kick is a stubborn ten-year-old obsessed with becoming the world’s greatest daredevil stuntman. Kick’s costume consists of a white jumpsuit and helmet with yellow booties and gloves. If you’d like to add the red stripe to your jumpsuit, a little red fabric paint and a steady hand can get the job done, as long as you leave your costume enough time to dry.
