Dex Parios from Stumptown
On the TV show Stumptown, based on the comics of the same name, Dex Parios (played by Cobie Smulders) is a sarcastic Portland private investigator and ex-Marine. With a complicated past and little tolerance for dwelling on it, Dex can usually be found avoiding talking about her feelings with a drink in her hand. Dex’s style mostly revolves around well-loved vintage t-shirts, slim fitting jeans, and practical footwear.
Kanao Tsuyuri from Demon Slayer
Kanao Tsuyuri is a character in the hit anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba. She is another Demon Slayer who survived the Final Selection with Tanjiro and Zenitsu. In her pursuit of Nezuko, it’s clear she is fast and skilled with her sword. She is the adopted sister as well as the successor of the Insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho. Because of her abuse and indecisiveness as a child, the Kanae Kocho gave her a coin to flip to choose what to do. Eventually she finds her own destiny in her own fighting style.
Andy Dwyer from Parks and Recreation
Andy Dwyer (played by Chris Pratt) is a lovable goofball on Parks and Recreation. He is also the frontman of local band Mouserat and husband of April Ludgate. Though he wears many unique outfits throughout the series, he has a yellow short sleeved button down that pops up multiple times. When he and April roleplay as Janet Snakehole and Burt Macklin, Andy transforms into the renegade FBI agent by donning a blue jacket and brown aviators.
Heather from Total Drama Island
Heather is a character from the hit Cartoon Network show, Total Drama Island. During its first arc, she was a camper as a member of the Screaming Gophers. She was the main antagonist, labeled as the villainous Queen Bee. Considering her master manipulation skills and drive to win, Heather intimidates nearly everyone on the island. She tries to form alliances only to betray them. Her main enemy is Gwen, the goth loner girl. As one of the most notable characters in the series, Heather frequently returned for its several spinoffs. Her big secret: her hair is actually a wig!
Vala Mal-Doran from Stargate: SG-1
Clueless, coy, and unrequitedly obsessed with Dr. Daniel Jackson, Vala Mal-Doran (Claudia Black) is a newer addition to the cast of Stargate: SG-1. She was first introduced as a guest character during the episode “Prometheus Unbound,” where she and poor Daniel were confined on a spacecraft together. The team continues to encounter Vala throughout the coming months until it’s clear that they (the team and Vala, not Daniel — stop it, Vala) are quite inseparable and belong together forever. Prior to her appointment to SG-1, Vala made names for herself as both the host of the Goauld queen Qetesh, and a fair to middling con artist.
In early appearances, Vala sported a single streak of white in her hair. Eventually, this went away, but Vala continued to style her hair in pigtails or with childish hairclips — a reminder of Vala’s penchant for shiny things.
Eda Clawthorne from The Owl House
Eda Clawthorne (voiced primarily by Wendie Malick with Dee Bradley Baker voicing Eda’s cursed form) is the rather reckless and trouble-loving mentor in Disney’s The Owl House. She is a powerful witch who ends up teaching a young apprentice almost entirely through accident.
Eda is largely seen in two costumes. And, thanks to her rather voluminous hair, both take a little DIY work. Her main costume is a red halter dress with a ragged edge that cosplayers will have to add in themselves. She also wears tall red boots with this dress and often carries her owl staff. Otherwise Eda is seen in an oversized red sweater, long purple skirt, and bunny slippers when she is lounging in her home.
Tuca from Tuca & Bertie
In Tuca & Bertie, Tuca (voiced by Tiffany Haddish) is a 30-something cocky, care-free toucan who is friends with Bertie, an anxious songbird. Tuca is newly sober and impulsive, working odd jobs to make ends meet and depending on her wealthy Aunt Tallulah for financial support.

My Little Pony has been around for a while and shows no signs of going anywhere. And that means that […]
Bucky Barnes from Falcon and the Winter Soldier
This year’s Super Bowl had a lot of impressive moments. But for Marvel fans the most impressive moment was the teaser trailer for Disney+’s new line-up of shows starring familiar MCU actors. One of those actors, Sebastian Stan, is once again taking up the role of fan favorite James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes (Winter Soldier). Though photos from the show are few and far between, we do still have some ideas on what the costumes look like. And one of the clearest photos is of this everyday outfit for the former assassin and POW.
Black military-inspired boots and a black leather jacket give Bucky the same edge he’s had throughout the MCU while comfortable jeans and a grey t-shirt make let him blend in. A set of simple black leather gloves helps him hide his distinctive black and gold vibranium arm. Fans can take things a step further by getting a set of his dog tags from Etsy, though none currently listed match the props that Sebastian Stan shared on his Instagram while filming.
Jasmine “Jazz” Fenton from Danny Phantom
Jazz is a social butterfly who has pride in her intelligence. She doesn’t view her family’s interest in ghost positively until she discovers her brother, Danny, transforming into his ghost form. From then, Jazz continues to be the protective, supportive sister she is with an extra task of covering for her brother in Danny Phantom.
