Carbon Costume Canada from Hetalia
Matthew Williams, also known as Canada, is a side character in Hetalia: Axis Powers. While he sometimes gets mistaken for his brother, America, he acts nothing like him. Whereas America is bold and outspoken, Canada is shy and passive. Other countries tend to forget he exists, which makes him nostalgic for when England and France used to pamper him. Even pet polar bear, Kumajirou, asks "who are you?" to which he sheepishly responds, "I'm Canada."
