Marcus Holloway (voiced by Ruffin Prentiss) is the main protagonist of Watch Dogs 2.  Marcus was born in Los Angeles, but raised in Oakland, and becomes a prolific hacktivist, gaining entrance to sensitive documents regarding a government surveillance program under the name Retr0.  Marcus is eventually recruited by DedSec, and joins in order to take down Blume and CTOS 2.0.  Marcus wears dark jeans, brown boots, and a blue jacket.  He uses glasses, and wears darker sunglasses and a face covering to obscure his identity when necessary.  His phone in the game is based on an iPhone 5, but you can use your own smartphone to complete the look.  If you don't want to purchase Marcus's specific bag, you could use a dark colored messenger bag and personalize it with your own pins and buttons.
