Bill is a semi-minor character in the game Alice's Warped Wonderland/Alice in Distortionworld, created by Nightmare Project/Studio.

He shows up about a third of the way through the game, and is this game's iteration of Bill the Lizard. He's surprisingly used in a lot of the promotional art and trailers for it, though not as frequently appearing as some of the others.

While we don't see his eyes in his main sprite, there is a chibi version seen in the game extras where we can tell that they're gold and slitted. His hair is green and hangs in his face, and his tongue is like a lizard's. Bill wears a light blue button up shirt, black slacks, a brown belt with a gold buckle, and black loafers.
