In Hocus Pocus, Billy Butcherson is Winifred's deceased ex-boyfriend. After he cheated on her with Sarah, Winifred punished him by sowing his mouth shut. The Sanderson sisters summon him as their minion, but he ends up helping the kids defeat them. He is portrayed by actor Doug Jones. You can use black eyeliner or face paint to draw stitches over your lips.
