Carbon Costume Chihaya Mifune from Persona 5/Royal
Chihaya (voiced in Japanese by Miyu Matsuki [P5]/Haruka Terui [P5A/P5R] and in English by Sarah Anne Williams) is a secondary character in the Persona 5 series.
She is a fortune teller based out of Shinjuku that you meet fairly early on in the game, and ends up becoming part of your Confidants roster, with her assigned arcana card being (Wheel of) 'Fortune'.
Chihaya has very long blonde hair that she wears a black headband over, and light purpley-brown eyes. She wears a scoop neck dark blue shirt, with a very light pinkish-lavender spaghetti strap dress over top, with black clock-like designs in large patterns all over it, finished with black ribbons. The look is finished off with black-blue opaque tights, metallic grey ballet flats with straps, and a simple chain necklace with a red stone hanging from it.
