In Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it's been 30 years since Return of the Jedis, and Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher) is now a battle weary general for the Resistance. Leia is also heartbroken, having lost Ben Solo / Kylo Ren, who she mothered with Han Solo, to the dark side. A far cry from her Princess Leia costumes, she now wears a jumpsuit that's much more practical for battle.
