Lucifer (played by Peter Stormare) is the antagonist of the film Constantine.  Lucifer was tricked into returning John Constantine's soul to him, which allows John the opportunity to prove himself worthy of an eternity in Heaven.  Lucifer wears all white, in direct juxtaposition with the darkness typically associated with him.  To cap off the look, you can use an eye pencil to draw on the tattoos visible around the collar of his shirt, and wear black socks or shoes if you aren't up for drenching your feet in black goo.
