Natsuo (voiced in Japanese by Yūki Shin and in English by Adam Gibbs) is a secondary character in the anime/manga series My Hero Academia.

He is the third oldest member of the Todoroki siblings, just above Shoto in age by three years. Like Fuyumi and Shoto, he also inherited their mother's ice powers, with his quirk being Frost related, though he didn't pursue the hero path, instead choosing to go to school for medical purposes.

Natsuo has short white haired, worn primarily spiked back except for two strands hanging down as bangs, and his eyes are a cool-toned grey. For this outfit, he wears a black v-neck shirt, with a blue and white athletic jacket over top of it, and greyish blue jeans. The outfit is finished off with black striped, yellow sneakers.
