In YuYu Hakusho, Yusuke Urameshi is a Spirit Detective tasked with protecting Human World from supernatural threats. He’s short-tempered and likes to intimidate those around him, but is kind-hearted underneath this tough facade.

Caesar (Andy Serkis) is an evolved chimpanzee who is the main protagonist of Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. He is the biological son of Alpha and Bright Eyes, wild chimpanzees from the West African Jungle. After the death of his mother, Caesar is adopted by humans, Will Rodman and Caroline Aranha. Later in life, Caesar leads an Ape Rebellion before going on to rule over the newly formed Ape Colony. When humans are re-encountered, Caesar becomes the liaison between mankind and primate.

In Funny Games, Peter (Brady Corbet) and Paul (Michael Pitt) are neighbors with a loving family on vacation at a lake house. Despite their clean-cut style, they’re anything but neighborly however, as the family will soon discover.

In Balls of Fury, Karl Wolfschtagg (Thomas Lennon) is an Olympic ping pong player representing East Germany. He defeats prodigy Randy Daytona with ruthless play, setting off Daytona’s tumble from grace.

In My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks, Applejack is the pony who represents the Element of Honesty.  She is portrayed as down to earth and caring, and is friendly rivals with Rainbow Dash.

In Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Marie Kanker is the tomboy middle sister of the Kanker Sisters and lives with them in Park n’ Flush Trailer Park. She is primarily known in the series for her crush and obsession with Edd.

On Saturday Night Live, Enid Strict (Dana Carvey), better known as The Church Lady, hosted the talk show Church Chat where she would interview celebrities. And by interviews, I mean she would chastise them for their sins and admonish them for following the desires of their naughty parts. If you’re going to dress up as The Church Lady, make sure you have her catchphrases, like “Could it be… SATAN?” down pat as well as the moves for the “Superior Dance”.

In Sucker Punch, Blondie (Vanessa Hudgens) is ironically dark haired, as she’s of Native American descent. She is one of five dancers who schemes to escape the clutches of a mobster, using a tomahawk as her weapon of choice.

On Gilligan’s Island, the Skipper Jonas Grumby (Alan Hale Jr) is the captain of the S. S. Minnow. A jovial fellow who gets exasperated by Gilligan on occasion, he still has the patience of a saint for not having thrown “little buddy” overboard.
