Principal Harvey Crubbs (played by Hamilton Mitchell) is the strict school administrator often at odds with Ned Bigby on the Nickelodeon show Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.  With a look inspired by Sonny Crockett from Miami Vice, Principal Crubbs sports brightly colored shirts beneath a white suit and is obsessed with sunglasses.  To recreate his safety hat look, use some double-sided mounting tape to attach a red flashing light to a yellow hard hat.
