You know when it's real. Everyone will recognize you as the Wendy's girl, aka the mascot for the fast food chain of the same name, based on founder Dave Thomas's daughter. Back in 2017, a meme called Smug Wendy's, or Wendy-chan was created. After @Wendy's Twitter feed began publishing snarky responses to customers, users made an an anime-style personification of the mascot to represent the face behind the comedic sarcasm.
