Tonio Trussardi is a minor character in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. He first appears in the chapter arc "Let's Go Eat Some Italian Food." He is a resident of Moiroh and an Italian chef. Tonio runs his own Italian restaurant called Trattoria Trussardi. Josuke and Okuyasu visit the restaurant and notice his outstanding food has the ability to cure their bodily ailments. This is due to his Stand called Pearl Jam, which looks like a cross between a tomato and onion.
