Tomoko Higashikata is a character in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. She lives in Moiroh, Japan. She is the single mother of Josuke Higashikata. She deeply misses his father, Joseph Joestar, as seen when she mistakes Jotaro Kujo for him. While Tomoko is not a Stand user, she is not afraid to assert herself, and she tries her best to be a good parent to Josuke.
