The Master (Missy)
A fellow Time Lord turned rival, the Master is the arch-nemesis of the Doctor on the BBC series Doctor Who. Although the two were friends growing up on their home planet, the Master desired power while the Doctor sought adventure and service. Occasionally the two unite as allies, but always break away as enemies once again. This guide covers the latest incarnation of the Master, nicknamed Missy (Michelle Gomez), encountered primarily by the 12th Doctor. For the hat, buy a plain black one and glue on a few fake flowers and berries.
Trowa Barton
Trowa Barton pilots the gundam Heavyarms on the anime TV show Gundam Wing. Quiet, reserved, determined and unflappable, he is a man of few words and calls himself “no name”. He took his current ‘Trowa Barton’ codename from the man originally intended to fly Heavyarms. A skilled soldier and gifted acrobat, he lost all memory of his childhood – including his sister Catherine – during a rebellion when his parents were killed. He wears a simple turtleneck and jeans underneath a fantastically long unibang.
Dr. Nira Cain-N’Degeocello
In Who Is America?, Dr. Nira Cain-N’Degeocello (Sacha Baron Cohen) is a professor of gender studies at Reed College and a liberal activist who wishes to heal the divide in America. He’s a cisgender, white, heterosexual male, for which he apologizes.
Rock Lee
Despite a lack of skill in ninjutsu and genjutsu, Rock Lee devoted himself to the mastery of Taijutsu and landed himself a spot on Team Guy in the anime series Naruto. An enthusiastic, optimistic boy with boundless energy, he holds himself to near impossible standards, rigorous training methods and oath-bound promises. In Part 1 of the series he wears a green outfit with white wraps and some seriously intense eyebrows.
President Laura Roslin
Promoted from Secretary of Education to President after the Cylon attack on Earth, Laura Roslin (Mary McDonnell) leads the human survivors on a quest to a new home world in the TV show Battlestar Galactica. A divisive figure, she never wavers from her steadfast determination to do what’s best for the colony, even if that means taking suspect measures. As President she wears a professional suit with her famous auburn locks and signature glasses.

In GLOW, Brittanica (Kate Nash) is the wrestling persona for Rhonda Richardson. A British model who winds up living in a car in Santa Monica, Richardson adopts the character of an English genius who uses her brains as much as her brawn in the ring.
Erran Morad
In Who Is America?, Erran Morad (Sacha Baron Cohen) is a colonel in the Israeli military and an instructor for an anti-terrorism school. He believes the NRA’s plan to arm school teachers doesn’t go far enough to stop school shootings, and proposes a program that arms young students called Kinderguardians.
Nathaniel Moon
In Into the Badlands, Nathaniel Moon (Sherman Augustus), also known as Silver Moon, is a regent who left the Badlands to find peace after just his 999th kill. After being defeated by Sunny, he has his right hand chopped off. He’s later gifted a prosthetic hand by the Regent’s armorer.
Billy Wayne Ruddick Jr., Ph.D.
In Who Is America?, Billy Wayne Ruddick Jr., Ph.D. (Sacha Baron Cohen) is a far-right conspiracy theorist and citizen journalist who fronts the website truthbrary.org. He challenges Bernie Sanders to explain why the 99% can’t simply be put into the 1%, making 199%.
