Andromache of Scythia, better known as Andy (played by Charlize Theron), is the leader of an immortal mercenary force in Netflix's The Old Guard.  At 6,000 years old, Andy has seen her fair share of conflict.  Andy is protective of her comrades Booker, Joe, Nicky, and their newest member Nile.  Andy's look consists of dark colors and practical pieces designed to protect her in combat, as well a short-cropped haircut.
