Brad Armstrong is the broody protagonist of the RPG game LISA: THE PAINFUL.  Brad is a tormented character trying to do his best to protect Buddy from the Rando Army.  He is also addicted to the drug Joy, which is a blue pill.  To recreate his look from the game, you'll need a balding head, a black beard, and a scar over your right eye.  Brad wears a brown poncho, dark pants and shoes, and has brown cuffs on his wrists.  To mimic Joy, you can use blue candy.
