In Rocket Power, Reggie Rocket is a 12 year old tomboy who is the sister of Otto. In addition to the outfit shown here, Reggie likes to wear a yellow helmet and turquoise gloves when she rides her skateboard or rollerblades.

In Danny Phantom, Sam Manson is one of Danny’s best friends. She’s a less dreary version of a goth, and very outspoken about recycling and not eating anything with a face. Sam likes to wear black and purple goth outfits, but will change things up, even wearing a pink princess gown or orange jumpsuit from time to time.
Fred Jones from What’s New Scooby Doo?
In the What’s New, Scooby Doo? series, Fred Jones is sort of wearing the same outfit as his first but without his ascot and a blue stripe running across the middle of his sleeves and shirt.

Cricket Green is the main protagonist of Big City Greens. Cricket is a mischievous and optimistic country boy who moves to the big city with his family. Cricket’s curiosity and enthusiasm lead his wildly out of place family on epic journeys and into the hearts of his new neighbors. The best part about this costume is that it’s simple — even shoes aren’t required!

In Codename: Kids Next Door, Numbuh 5 is the codename for Abby Lincoln (voiced by Cree Summer). Numbuh 5 is a calm and intelligent girl who is second-in-command of Sector V.
Spider-Man (Miles Morales) from Into the Spider-Verse
In Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Miles Morales is a Brooklyn teenager who gets bitten by a genetically-modified spider and gains powers similar to Spider-Man. After Peter Parker is killed, Miles takes over the Spider-Man identity in order to save the city from The Kingpin.
Steve Smith from American Dad
In American Dad, Steven Anita Smith (voiced by Scott Grimes) is the son of Francine and Stan Smith. Steve has an older sister Hayley. They reside at Langley Falls, Virginia. The family also includes a fish named Klaus and an alien named Roger.
Sneed and Chuck
Sneed and Chuck are names given by fans to two farmers who appear in the Simpsons episode E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt). They appear outside the store “Sneed’s Feed and Seed, Formerly Chuck’s” with the name becoming one of the biggest memes in the Simpsons community due to how clever and suggestive the name is. This makes a great costume for best friend Simpsons fans.

Uncle Grandpa is everyone in the world’s magic uncle and grandpa. He’s usually found traveling the world with his friends, helping people solve their problems. He is a silly person who likes to eat inedible objects and is accompanied by a red talking fanny pack named Belly Bag.
