Ronald "Mac" McDonald is a main character of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. In season 7, Mac gains a significant amount of weight, earning him the nickname "Fat Mac." However, everyone but Mac seems to recognize this. He tries to explain that he's "cultivating mass," mistaking his fat for muscle. While this costume guide contains a belly stuffer, Rob McElhenney, who plays the aforementioned character, actually gained sixty pounds for a realistic effect.
