Roxanne Ritchi (voiced by Tina Fey) is a Metro City reporter in the animated film Megamind.  Roxanne is the one-time rumored girlfriend of superhero Metro Man, and has been kidnapped by Megamind so often she is no longer afraid of him.  Roxanne has short brown hair and wears a white button-down blouse with a grey pencil skirt and black heels.  When it's revealed her cameraman Hal Stewart has gone bad, Roxanne does all she can to stop him and protect Metro City.
