So far, no one have ever cosplay as this version of this Fred. There are not even any pictures or photos of any one in a costume of him. Well apart from someone who play him in Scooby Doo and the pirate ghost

Fiji Water Girl is the nickname given to model Kelleth Cuthbert, who was hired to hydrate attendees of the 2019 Golden Globe on the red carpet. Instead, she drew attention to herself by photobombing celebrities, standing directly behind them while displaying a tray of Fiji waters and staring deep into the camera.
