Penelope Pitstop is a fictional character who appeared in the Hanna-Barbera animated series Wacky Races alongside Dick Dastardly and Muttley, and starred in the spin-off The Perils of Penelope Pitstop.

She is introduced as a mysterious and powerful medium, who is sought by the Fallen Angels, who seek to use her powers to bring about the End of Days. Set in Victorian England, Vanessa is usually clad in gorgeous, black, period clothing.

In Guardians of the Galaxy, Nebula (Karen Gillan) is adopted by Thanos and raised as a sibling of Gamora. Sure she’s sadistic and evil, but at the same time it’s clear she’s jealous and hurt by the success of her older sister. For this costume, apply the metallic silver paint to face and left arm.

Despite this ability she remains innocent and rather naive, which makes sense given that she’s spent most of her life in solitude with Peter Quill’s father Ego. Who would have guessed the antennas would be sold at Hot Topic of all places?
