Jade (Giorgia Whigham) is a character who appears in The CW's Legacies, a spin-off of The Originals, which was the first spin-off of The Vampire Diaries. She was a sixteen year old student at the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted.  She's a vampire who is particularly prone to losing control when drinking and seeing human blood. In the lore of the show, these type of vampires are called rippers. In school, she enjoyed rebellion and detention. However, when she accidentally murdered her best friend, she turned off her humanity. Without it, Jade became cold, unpredictable, and unstable. Her lack of empathy got her banished to a prison world, where she'd torment her companions for fun. Ten years later, she regained her humanity thanks to Josie, a former frenemy and current crush. Feeling newfound guilt and remorse, Jade apologized for everything she had done.
