Jeanette Miller (voiced by Janice Karman in the 2015 TV show) has been a supporting character on Alvin and the Chipmunks since the '80s, having previously appeared in the original TV show, as well as the 2005 movie.  Jeanette is extremely smart, but can be clumsy because of her nearsightedness.  She is a member of the Chipettes along with Brittany and Eleanor, and she is also the love interest of Simon Seville.  In the 2015 series, Jeanette wears purple glasses, slip on shoes, and a purple plaid shirt.
