Kenneth Chase was an athletic young man whose fascination for birds led to him drugging and killing them for their feathers. Once his obsession carried over to humans and after fleeing the police in his hometown, he joined the circus under the alias Jeffrey Hawk, using the cover of a friendly clown to hide his dark nature. This allowed him to kill many victims, keeping a finger from each. The Clown now drugs and sacrifices countless survivors as one of the killers in the game Dead by Daylight. The Clown's costume can be recreated a few ways, depending on your personal tastes. You can use a latex mask, or recreate his clown makeup by hand, and a colorful clown costume could be made to look dingy, or a more subtly colored one could be substituted in its stead.
