Dick Dastardly is the villain of the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon Wacky Races and its spinoff series Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines. He’s a cartoonishly over-the-top fiend who will stop at nothing to win the race. He’s accompanied by his pet dog, Muttley. Dastardly’s famous catchphrases include “Drat, drat and double drat!” or “Triple drat!” and even “Curses, foiled again!”

Albert Wesker is the main antagonist of the zombie survival horror Resident Evil series of games and movies. He is the head of Umbrella Corporation, the company that produced the zombie virus in Resident Evil, and helped aid Saddler’s parasite cult in Resident Evil 4. A former partner of protagonists Chris and Jill Valentine, Wesker betrayed them to seek his own glory.
Leon S Kennedy from Resident Evil 4
Leon S Kennedy is the main protagonist of the zombie action survival horror game Resident Evil 4. Leon is a secret agent for the U.S. federal government assigned to rescue the president’s daughter from a sinister cult in Spain. Along the way, he uncovers an ancient conspiracy possibly linked to his greatest foe, Wesker.

Joshua Graham from Fallout: New Vegas
Joshua Graham, also known as The Burned Man, is an important character in Fallout: New Vegas. He is a Mormon missionary, co-founder of Caesar’s Legion, and its first Legate. After surviving an accident leaving his body burned, he becomes the leader of the Dead Horses. He assists The Courier (the player) through the campaign of the expansion pack Honest Hearts.
