While you might not be able to get the same clothes that designer Jean Paul Gaultier made for The City of Lost Children you can replicate it with a sailor style pullover, red jumper, and curls

Rachel Berry, played by Lea Michele in Glee, is a driven yet neurotic high school glee club member, who’s single ambition is to perform on Broadway. She places gold star stickers after her signature to remind everyone that she’s a star.
Ramona Flowers
In Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, the mysterious Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) has seven evil exes and a lot going on with her attire. Though she’s not into sharing much about her life, Ramona is into layering her clothes and changing her hair color, a lot. Of course, if you’re into her look but not into dyeing your hair, not to mention your bathroom sink, you can always opt for a wig.
